Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

good afternoon , I am not sure who to contact, but i lived in Rockingham for three years and remember it well. I was only aged 7 years old when my mum and dad emergrated as 10 pound poms.in1965. We lived at no 6 Waller flats Rockingham. It no longer exits now.I remember going to school in my bare feet in the summer months and having school assembly outside .I was the only english boy in the class and had the micky taking out of me.The odd thing about it we always sang the national athem. I made friends with a boy called Billy Alabaster who was the headmasters son. One morning one boy called Graham Fraser arrived at school with a conch shell which he had found on Rockinham beach. I was so envious. It took pride and place in the school classroom with the gheccos living in a glass tank.I do recall catching a fish called a blowy which was poisonous from our hand lines off the local pier.Did Rockinham have two piers ? My father worked at the local refinery Kwinana. my name is Stephen Ditchburn and i live in Brixham south devon england.I have a school photo which i could send . If it is any interest to you. We moved back to the UK in 1967 . my mother got homesick and i developed asthma . I wish to come back to Rockingham one day and to meet up with anybody from the school photo which was taken probably in 1966.It is very clear in my memory of those happy times spent in Rockingham in those days .

Our usual first stop and great to meet friendly helpful staff with detailed local knowledge. Sourced some very useful brochures for Rockingham and other areas on our visitation agenda. Good selection of mementos and souvenirs available.

This place is such a hard place to find and the local council should get there act together and get better signage as we had to ask a few people to finally get to it. The staff are lovely and are also frustrated about the stupid singage.

oh dear; little or no help from the lass behind the counter; even using their PC-at a cost (which was fine) was problematic; system slow and really a poor experience; probably ok if you aren't in a hurry as there's plenty of literature, but if you ain't buying something then beware you may find the experience draining.
