Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Interesting that these 4 karri trees grew in a straight line. There is a 15 min return trail walk which we did not do but just walked past the Four Aces and rounded the fallen tree back to the car park. There is also an Information Shelter with notes about the karri trees.

It's many years since I stopped by the Four Aces but I was intrigued by the coincidence of their being in such a straight line. I wandered back into the bush a bit further where is the 15 metre base of a very old tree which had fallen providing shelter for the young seedlings which subsequently became the big four. I'm no expert but at a guess the original, about three metres diameter, might have been several hundred years old when it blew over. The big four are possibly a further few hundred years old so how long must it be since the original fallen tree was a seedling? A thousand years? Or more? Anyway its all a must-see for anyone passing by. And an interesting discussion point for families to contemplate all that has happened in the world since the original tree was a seedling!

My average rating is because I see this area very often. If you are new to Karri forest then this may have a higher rating. The area was recently burnt around to reduce forest fuel (leaf litter) loading so currently not lust and green, however it will spring back very quickly with flourish of new growth Nearby attraction includes One tree bridge linked by walk trail and Glenoran Pool which is available for swimming on hot days

A must see. The trees in this area are magnificent. Roads are good, and direction signage is good. There are facilities at the site, and information.

The short 15 minute walk at the 4 Aces Karri trees is a pleasant way to get some exercise among the beautiful karri forest.
Plenty for the twitchers here too

Firstly we didn't realize you could drive right to the four aces trees. Leaving the one tree bridge we took the 1Km bush walk to the trees.
Literally to see four trees close to each other, not really sure of the amazement of seeing four trees in a tree forest?

This is a really lovely walk with a surprise at the end. It would be a great place to hold a concert! Lots of birds, tall trees and after the rain we had the amazing smell of a true forest. Loved it!

I've driven by here many times, thinking that Four Aces must be some kind of accommodation place run by an owner who enjoyed poker! Not so - it refers to four very large trees, nicknamed the Four Aces.

There's a short walk trail here, and not a lot to see, admittedly. However, it's not really fair to judge the Four Aces on their own.

First of all, there's a short nature trail near the trees, that takes you for a walk in the bush, allowing you to admire the beautiful trees in this area.

Secondly, there's a slightly longer walk that brings you to One Tree Bridge. I'd actually recommend starting at One Tree Bridge and then doing a return walk to the Four Aces, because that way you do the uphill stretch first.

Only a short drive away, on the other side of the road is Glenoran Pool, which is also worth a look.

If you're passing through the area on Graphite Rd (e.g. between Nannup and Manjimup), and looking for a place to quickly stretch your legs, then the Four Aces is a good option and makes a good short stop. Alternatively, you can make a bigger outing of it, and check out One Tree Bridge, walk to the Four Aces and Back, and then drive over to Glenoran Pool (1km) and have a short walk there.

So basically its four trees which when looked at from a particular angle, line up behind one another.

Its not exactly a freak of nature. If you have a big forested area this sort of thing is probably bound to happen somewhere amongst all those trees!
