The Diamond Tree is just off the main road, and here its not as peaceful as the other trees in the area. You can climb the stakes to the top of the tree, with just enough room to pass others going up or coming down....More

Great experience. A shorter version of bicentennial tree. A good pitstop for an enjoyable 1 hour of wonderful nature.

This was originally selected as a lookout for forest fires in !939. Spikes have been driven into the trunk to enable you to climb up to the viewing platform about 50 metres up. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with the safety aspect so I gave this...More

Worth stopping for a look, even if you are not energetic enough to do the climb. Not for the faint hearted but a great experience if you can do it!

A great climb to the top affords a view above the tree canopy. 121 steps to get 52 m up. Don’t climb if you are remotely afraid of heights!

Great for a morning exercise. Not for the faint hearted nor height challenged. Cool head and great lungs are needed. This one is for free too not like the Gloucester tree which will cost you $12 to climb.

It took our family 20-30 minutes for a return climb - we spent 10-15 minutes at the top enjoying the sway & view.
