Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Randal, Leticia & Parra were kind, knowledgable and attentive hosts. The food was absolutely incredible, as was the kayaking up the river! Would highly recommend this tour to anyone as it was well worth the cost!

Thank you so much for a great day!

This tour was so much fun for any age.. We are seniors!
We had a ball, even challenged ourselves to try canoeing, nearly capsized a couple of times, but yes we were equipped with life jackets.... Leticia and Randal didn't forget anything...
After canoeing there was a Restaurant quality degustation on a camp fire... Would not have believed it if I didn't eat it, most delicious.. included sea food and some Bush tucker topped off with a delicious Spice cake we were invited to help make (so you know its fresh as).
The tour was seamless included stopping at Murchison homestead seeing the local raptor.. Beautiful owl in a Shearing shed, history of the area, good knowledge of local history from both guides.
Then over the river and on to the campsite, such a beautiful place.. Great sense of peace. This is a tour well worth doing if you're staying in Kalbarri and great value for money. Thank you Leticia and Randal for a great memory, and extra treat for Perra for being a loyal companion and entertaining us.
PS Leticia also serenaděd us on the way home with her ukele.. Not much she can't do!

Randall and Leticia picked us up at our accommodation along with others and transported us out to Murchison Hoiluse Station. On the way Leticia gave us lots of history and information about the Station. On arrival we were given a brief tour of the homestead and surrounds before heading across the river to the designated campsight. We were encouraged to relax, go for a walk along the river, take a canoe out on the river or to assist Leticia with making damper and cake on the rustic campfire. We were treated with nibbles, a sumptuous dinner, drinks, music, literature and getting to know you conversations over the next few hours. We were even entertained by Leticia and her Ukelele on the joyrney back to town which was a bonus. Our hosts excelled themselves in making our experience one to remember. We can highly recommend this tour which was worth every penny!!! Well done Leticia and Randall!!

So much bush tucker and booze it ain’t funny.
Great being near a camp fire and river.

My wife and I organised a day with Leticia and Randal for my 40th, with friends and children (all 24 of us!). We cannot rate this tour more highly! If anyone travelling from overseas or locally wants an authentic Aussie day out, this is the tour! Everything from the tour of Murchison Station, the trip in the OKA to the campsite, their beautiful dog, the seafood and kangaroo ragu cooked on open fire by the river, canoeing, and even getting the children to make damper and cake was just amazing. Restaurant quality food cooked on an open fire!
This is one day we all will never forget. And as one of the children perfectly put it- "this is Heaven in the Bush"!

We loved our afternoon out with Randal and Leticia. We started with some local history at Murchison House Station and then went for a kayak, before coming in for a delicious meal. The kids enjoyed helping Leticia with the baking and the toys for the kids were a wonderful thought. Thanks guys - well worth the visit with you.

We did this with a group of 12 (only 4 in our group) and had the best time. Lots of laughs, adventures and fantastic food! A definite must do when visiting Kalbarri. And as if Leticia can't cook up a storm and collect feathers like a pro, she also serenades you on the way home!
