Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I called Tracee of Cape Dive on the Monday to ensure I could book a ex-HMAS Swan for the following Friday. I paid via the website and got a confirmation email. I booked my overnight accommodation in Dunsborough and drove down from Perth. I called Tracee when I got there just to confirm everything and she said "nah, it's just you. I'm not taking the boat out for one person". No apology, nothing. When I mentioned I was out of pocket and wasted my time she said "didn't you read the fin print". She had my pone number (provided as part of the booking) and didn't bother to call me. Had I not called her I would have been standing on the beach 8am Friday saying 'WTF!'.
I would not recommend anybody to deal with this company. Very rude, and arrogant.
There are other dive options in the area. 0/10.

The staff are so friendly and provide excellent service! It was the first time that we had done a wreck dive and we're so glad that we were given such an amazing experience. Loved going through the ship and seeing all the rooms - especially the one that had a chair we could sit on!
We highly recommend and would love to do it again sometime :)

My wife and I gave our 15yr old son a introductory dive with the Dive shed Busselton for Christmas. He had a great experience, very professional crew. Highly recommend the experience.

I was delighted that the staff member I communicated with went to great lengths to accommodate my request for a single dive on the Busselton Jetty in the middle of the day on a Saturday. I realise that the plans of a larger group, doing a double dive, allowed for the flexibility of picking me up after the group had dived their first dive, but still appreciated that this was offered to me.
The assistance with organising the hire gear I needed was excellent.
Busselton Jetty is well worth the time to dive it - it is beautiful with the growth on the pylons and the fish around them. As an experienced diver I enjoyed the ability to pretty well do my own thing on the dive, with my buddy - a dive master in training - keeping an eye on me.

What can I say, the team were so supportive of Harrison, who was diving for his first time, they made him feel so comfortable and safe. He is so excited to dive again and could not recommend the team more highly enough for anyone thinking of getting the kids into diving. Thanks again Polly and the whole team for your patience and support with Harrison.

It was a return to the Swan for me after many years and i thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Both the crew from Dive Shed were excellent. Daz the skipper did an excellent job keeping everyone safe and well fed on board the boat and is an entertaining character. And Stef the Dive Master was very relaxed but clearly experienced and felt totally relaxed underwater with him. I had an issue with the inflator on my BCD but a spare was provided with no fuss or issues. The dive itself is very interesting and the wreck has changed a lot over the years since i dived her not long after she had been put down. The resident wobbygong was a highlight for me.

Friendly and professional staff. I did two dives with a guide, Tracey she knows her stuff. I highly recommend booking with Cape Dive. It’s easy to book online and pay with receipts and confirmation coming within 1 or 2 days. The dives were fantastic with cool water and 25 metres visibility. Small lunch and coffee provided. Do yourself a favour and do it. I’ll be back next holiday or maybe a long weekend to make it sooner
