Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very lovely pottery studio, beautiful gardens and met very nice Scottish lady, Lorraine, and we had some selfservice wine tasting. Lovely stop late afternoon.

Our group of 4 mature ladies enjoyed our visit at Happs. As well as an extensive range of pottery coffee mugs, there was a large range of bowls and serving ware and honey. OMG lots of delicious honey and my favourite was the Jarrah honey. Myles was very welcoming and generously showed us over the workshop, honey process and huge work-in-process shed.

We did a pottery class with Myles and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had. Myles was really patient with us and tried to make it educational whilst allowing us as much freedom as possible. We spent most of the lesson actually 'hands on' the wheel and sculpting clay pieces that we bought as memorabilia. The whole experience was amazing and we would definitely head back down for another lesson the next time we do a trip down south.

I highly recommend this place. Thank you Myles!

Beautiful locally made pottery. It is well worth taking the time to browse through the pottery area and they will even custom make pieces for you.

Spent 1.5hrs making a variety of pots on a potters wheel. Excellent tuition by Harry allowed us the chance to have a go at wheel-based pottery in a relaxing environment with some great results

Very experienced potter's place and beautiful products. My family and I went for a class and Finn was so patient with our little ones. It was lots of fun.

Not to be confused with Happs Winery which is in fact Commanage Pottery at Happs Winery. Anyway - there is a link. The pottery here is amazing - great colours and skill. If you love pottery - DO NOT MISS.

Happ's winery was the first of four wineries we were to visit today on our tour. Unfortunately, the time here was limited, due to a delayed disembark from the Majestic princess. The wines sampled were excellent, my particular favorite the Verdello. The tasting portions adequate for you to appreciate the wine characteristics. Would have liked more time to enjoy the surroundings and browse through the pottery on display.
