Great trip out. Comfortable journey to the site. We followed 2 whales. Plenty of time to see them and listen to the commentary. Luckily we saw the whales breach. Great experience and well worth the money.

Went on our whale watching tour today. They emailed us to bring it forward a day as the weather was going to be windy next day and we were so glad they did as we had the most amazing trip.
We saw numerous whales. Pods of whales. Sleeping whales. Playing whales and all up so close. The boat is so comfortable and roomy. The crew are amazing. So informative. So friendly and very knowledgeable about all things whales!
Would highly recommend this trip to anyone.

I cannot recommend this wonderful, professional, experienced and knowledgeable family run business highly enough. I recently had the pleasure of spending 3 days aboard their vessel at Bremer Bay witnessing the orca of the Bremer Canyon. What an experience it was. There were wonderful encounters with orca on all three days with expert commentary explaining all orca behaviours. We even witnessed a successful hunt by the orca pods on two of those days. We not only saw orca but pilot whales and many species of sea birds. The crew are so very welcoming and offer first class service from the moment you arrive at the dock to the time you return. Food and refreshment is readily available throughout the day. Care and compassion is shown to those who do unfortunately suffer from seasickness. (Hint...take preventative medication even if you think you don't need it). I have no hesitation in giving this family owned and operated business the highest possible rating. I will be planning to join them on one of their other whale watching trips in the future.

Great boat. Lovely helpful staff. Same could not be said for the weather 3 meter swell. Lots of rocking and rolling of the boat. Have never been seasick before. Did take quells. Made no difference. Lots on board were also effected. Such a shame as we had traveled from NSW to do this trip.

From booking to docking, it was obvious that this was a well organised company.
We had our original trip cancelled due to adverse weather, But were soon accommodated on another boat for the same day. Communication was clear and prompt. On board there were plenty of crew, who all knew their role.
They had several spotters looking for whales, with in depth knowledge about them.
We found several pods of whales and got as close as they would let us.
A big bonus is that there is a professional photographer on board. He took clear photos, which you could download for FREE !!
Our 6 year old grandson loved it and so did the adults.

The whole experience was very special. The staff are so helpful, thoughtful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. My sister and I did 2 cruises, 2 days apart. We saw whales on both days: the first day there were 7-8 families (pods) of mother and baby, playing, teaching and interacting with other whales; the second day we had a mother teaching her calf to roll over and to slap the water, then the mum disappeared and next minute she breached then did it again. It was the most amazing sight. There were many other whales that same day but the breaching was a serious highlight. The first day we did the Captain's VIP Lounge trip which was very comfortable and well set up. The second day we did the standard cruise and enjoyed it as much, because we were at water level and there wasn't the echo from the commentary speakers that we had indoors upstairs.

What an awesome experience. So professionally organized and the boat was so safe and comfortable. The running commentary on board was extremely interesting and we learnt so much about the whales. Watching the whales at play was an experience we will never forget. We would recommend this trip highly and safe for children too.

My family and I went on Whale Watch Busselton on 25 Aug 2022 and it was amazing experience where we sighted 2 humpback whales and a few dolphins and jellyfishes. Sherie and Dean were fantastic hosts/guides who took such good care of us. Definitely one of my top highlights of our WA trip - highly recommended!!

Wish I could give them more stars.
The whole experience was incredible and paying extra to be in the captain’s lounge was well worth it.
We will definitely be coming back to WA to do more tours with this family.
They went above and beyond to make sure we were all comfortable and provided the most exceptional service. Would highly recommend! Thank you for an amazing tour today.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this company.

We booked a trip for January 2023, but 6 months out (in July 2022) have had a family emergency which means we will be in hospital the next year with a 3 year old and are not able to make it.

Even though the trip is 6 months away, they refused to give any refund at all.

It's rare that I leave a negative review but every other tour operator and accommodation provider was incredibly kind and understanding of our experience and this just feels like a money grab with no human consideration from management.

Hi Nicolle White, as you have been advised on multiple occasions our terms and conditions are in place to ensure fairness for all customers. A refund was provided to you with your tickets reverted to lifetime vouchers which have no expiry date, can be passed onto family/friends, donated to charity or sold. You have sold those vouchers now and made use of our extremely flexible options available to all who book a ticket and can no longer make their booked tour. It is disappointing that you have chosen to leave a poor review purely out of vindictiveness and not told the truth of the flexibility provided to you. Yourself and mother have also spent the last three months harassing our team members with emails, phone calls and spamming our social media platforms. Terms and conditions are in place for a reason and cannot simply be changed and adjusted to each individuals circumstance as that creates emotional decisions that does not ensure a professional operation of any company. Our recommendation to you is to read your terms and conditions as every business is different and if those terms and conditions are not suitable to you then do not book.
