So much hardware, crockery, fixtures and fittings, bric-à-brac and everything is orderly and in its own special place. A very orderly place and it would be very easy to find that special item you need. Worth having a stroll through.

Thank you for your feedback. My husband and I are the owners of The Restorers Barn. We work very hard to provide an enjoyable shopping experience from having a great product offer, friendly surroundings and attentive staff. We do care when we hear feedback such as yours, and having looked back to see who was on staff that day - we did have a trainee on who was very much still learning the ropes (being his fourth week of employment here). I am pleased that our team of staff really do care, and we are often acknowledged for how polite and helpful they are. We do offer a casual browsing environment without wanting to pressure customers into purchasing - so we remain visible & available to help, but we are not pushy. For many people we are purely an old world shopping experience - having lots of interesting and wonderful things to see. We cater for a broad audience - from people taking a trip down memory lane - to serious home builders & renovators, interior designers and collectors. Thank you again for your feedback. We welcome you to re-visit our store and enjoy what we do offer - we work hard for it!

Hi, I wrote a reveiw November 5th 2015. You may have me mixed up with someone else's reveiw because I only had the fullest praise for Restorers Barn and no bad comments on the staff. They were very helpful
