A precious family chateau where we ended 2016 with an interesting and funny visit (thanks to the sympathy of Mr.... More

Small family vineyard, warm welcome and nice wines ! Tour by the owners (Florence and/or Arnaud DE LA FILOLIE), tasting in the small tasting room/boutique, it's a great place for amateurs and wine lovers.

Our tour of Chateau Laniote was fantastic. Our host was hilarious - he seemed more excited about showing us his magic tricks than the wine! The wine was spectacular though, and I could have stayed there drinking it all day.

This was our favourite part of our Saint-Emilion visit. Arnaud and Florence were so welcoming, fun and informative. Arnaud is a real character and they make fabulous wine!

We were greeted by the wife of the proprietor who is a trained sommelier and who spoke English well. The winery was very clean and elegant in an understated way. The visit included a tour and a video that explained the whole process, from pruning the vines at the end of a harvest through the bottling of the next harvest.... More

We arrived in the middle of harvest, however all were very accommodating and it was amazing to taste and purchase the wines at the vineyard. My... More

We visited this afternoon (Friday) from Bordeaux with a group of 8 - 6 Aussies and 2 Brits on a tour organised through the Bordeaux Tourist Office. What a great experience !!
