We did not stay overnight here, but we got a daily pass to use the facilities. 200 shekils included lunch, the use of the pool, lockers, and private access to the dead sea.

Nothing spectacular, but this spa was great to see the Dead Sea and then freshen up for the day. It's approximately 1.5hrs from Jerusalem and you can just go for the day.

The pool with Dead SEA water was very nice, in and outside, with sunshining. Entertainment at evening could be better. There was just a bingo game.

All hotels in Israel serve "kosher food only". To know who's supervision you'd need to call the hotel and ask. (99% are usually Habad).
