Watkins Glen is a pleasure to visit. We were touring various falls in the Finger Lakes area. Watkins Glen is certainly the most photogenic. I wore hiking boots, which were a bit overkill as the walkways are paved, the only concern is that your feet...More

Really amazing walk through waterfalls, over bridges and incredible gorge formations. Not too strenuous and doesn't take too long going from the top to the bottom. Our girls aged 6 and 9 thought it was a real adventure. New photo opportunity around every corner!

A deep, colorful gorge laced with 19 waterfalls and great canyon walls. Solid rock steps hug the moving water with many perfect overlooks. Moderate but challenging climb. Do not miss this site when in the area. Wear solid footwear and bring water and protein bars!

We used the south entrance by the pool and accessed the trail from there. I believe that there is a 500 ft elevation change. There are numerous steps at the end of the trail. I'm in fairly good shape and found them to be... More
