White sand with some light waves within grand baie but being next to Royal Palm(housing royalty and presidents) access to that part of beach is restricted as more strictly guarded by hotel security.but very nice to swim but being side by 3 hotels its small and crowded.these must be visited on weekdays to be enjoyed

The beach was nice, but tiny. Go 20mins the other way to Mont Choisy it is bigger and better, and cheap to go by bus.

Beautiful view, clean, showers, toilets, tasty and cheap food corner, not crowdy. Entrance into water is also very good, no swimming shoes needed, easily to swim.

There are nicer spots on the island. Many stray dogs, not much room to sit on the beach. On the plus side, it was clean.

We stopped off here after we'd been into Grand Baie, it's a really nice beach with clear water. You have food and drinks stalls close by which help make it a great little place to stop. We visited during the week and it wasn't too busy.

Typical Mauritian public beach, safe for swimming, a bit small, some shade under the trees at the back of the beach

Enjoy pure fresh fruit juice, panini, sandwiches, Mauritian fried noodles....a small beach hut type but chic and hygenic... by the rhythmic serenade of waves crashing on the beach la Cuvette ;-)
