This museum is fine for the little folks (6 and under) and has enough to stay entertained for a day. It is old, but offers enough variety to keep the little ones satisfied. They have a very neat music floor that the kids can play...More

The Utica Children's Museum is a great place for children to have fun while learning. They have several interactive exhibits. Something for all ages. Located next to Union Station.

The ground floor is a great place for kids to explore through play. the exhibits are interesting, though a little dated. In all, it is a wonderful value and great concept that would flourish with additional funding. Donate if you can while you are there.

Took 4 year old granddaughter and was saddened by the disrepair. Very expensive entrance fee and once you hit in nothing worked. Most of the exhibits looked like they haven't been update or cleaned in years. Save your money.

I had high hopes, but it doesnt look like much has been updated since I went here as a kid. Small kids will make the most of it, but adults will see that a lot of the content is dated, and better options are available.

We visited around Easter and the museum was fun for a few a hours. It wasn't too packed and there were tons of activities to stay busy. It's also very close to the train station so it's cool to go watch trains before or after.

It is closed now, due to a host of headline inducing issues. However, when it was open, we loved to go. The kids really seemed to enjoy it as did we. It wasn't perfect. The manager had an abrasive attitude which was odd given that...More

Very run down and not many exhibits for small children. Visited on a busy day and was very disappointed in lack of staff. Will not return or recommend to anyone.

This Museum has massive potential. I volunteered here for a day (cleaning and decorating) I can't believe how much there is to experience here. Talk about a lucrative STEM experience! Yes, the museum needs a little help to keep it going. Please, find a way...More
