Not much to look at from outside, but as soon as you walk into the lobby it’s a trip back in time to a golden age. We took the girls to see The Sound of Music, but had no idea we had such a gem...More

Our son-in-law just treated our family to see "The Sound of Music" at the landmark Theatre. It was a surprise to my all time favorite show, so my review is slightly biased. The show was extraordinary, the theatre while needing some restorative work was stunning,...More

I absolutely love the renovation and the keeping with the Art Deco architecture of the time. It looks like something out of downtown abbey. I went to watch a free movie during the Christmas event. They’ve all gone above and beyond to bring it back.

Although opened about 90 years ago, the theatre is a wonderful example of a luxurious "theatre of the day"! The seating capacity was about 3,000.... and, during the "1970's attendance fell and its appearance was unfortunately "tarnished"! A 16 million dollar renovation in 2010 has...More

It is a nice old venue. They have kept a lot of its charm. They do have some accessibility. But do call ahead to be sure of seating before you buy as it is an old building. There are non alcoholic and alcohol available.

Interesting site. Needs some renovations but historic, interesting, comfortable. Wish there was more parking, but we found some on the street. Dance competitions go on forever, nice they sell food.

This is a gorgeous theatre that has had some lovely restoration done. A few years back they did a massive backstage renovation that allowed for more shows. However, the seating is awful and uncomfortable. The seats are probably original. Rows are also very tight. Guess...More

I was blown away by Landmark’s new theatre 57 West. It seems that the theatre’s designers did everything possible to make going to their theatre a special experience. The attendants are especially helpful, the screening rooms are small, the seats are beyond comfortable, there is...More

This theater is beautiful. The carvings are amazing. Seats are mostly comfortable. Bathrooms are lacking. There was no cold water to wash my hands in the women's bathroom. It was scalding hot. Hopefully they've fixed this problem. I saw The Tenderloins (aka Impractical Jokers) perform....More

This is a beautiful establishment that is a step back in time. The detail and design are unique. The sound was pretty good. There aren’t many bad seats in the house. We were on the floor about 25 rows back. The one negative is that...More
