Museum of Science and Technology Armory Square Syracuse, NY made for a great afternoon outing for the grandkids from Babcia! It was a treat to watch an 11 and 9 year old get immersed in all the activities at the MOST! The robotics area was a huge hit. Climbing wall was also lots of fun!!! We have visited many times... Its hard to say how lucky Armory Square is to have this ever-rotating exhibit, movies and events. Not just for kids, but they love it.

I went to the MOST with company visiting from NC over the Christmas holiday. It had been 2 years since my last visit and I was thoroughly impressed. We spent time with most of the exhibits on both floors. There is much more to do. The match architecture was mind blowing and the staff on the floor was wonderful. I'm... More

This museum is really a gem of Syracuse, NY. Its exhibits are top notch, and there are fun things to do for all ages here. We took our one year old son here recently, and he had a great time. The Museum is incredibly large and filled with all kinds of amazing attractions that not only entertain, but inspire and... More

Fun fun fun, No shortage of things to do and learn. The membership is surprisingly inexpensive and the experience is worth a visit or membership. There is constantly change and new things to learn mixed with some physical challenge.

When guests come to town, I like to drive to the Syracuse Museum of Science and Technology. Housed inside of the museum is a domed IMAX theater. A few different show are offered each day. The experience is so much more than a standard IMAX theater can provide. This domed IMAX theater is the only one in New York state... More

This is an average science museum. We ve been to better. We've been to worse. The glacial ice area is cool especially the waterfall. The planetarium is neat and educational. They change each season to what you would actually see in the sky at that time. Their temporary biomechanical exhibit is really nice especially the videos. We got in free... More

The MOST has many activities that stimulate children of all ages. Kids enjoy the ever Changing exhibits and activities. The IMAX theater is an on site bonus as well. Kids enjoy digging for bones or just climbing and jumping in the play area. Once your done you can stroll armory square for a snack too.I prefer the coffee shops across... More

Let me state upfront: nothing works. The pedals on the flight simulator are broken off, the ping pong ball designed to float on a stream of air is dented so it won't fly, the Morse code machine is improperly wired and makes horrible death rattles when used, and just about every other "interactive" exhibit has an Out of Order sign... I'm so sorry that you had a bad experience during your visit. We are quite busy right now installing our new visiting exhibit, which opens Sept. 25, and I'm afraid we may have not had time to devote to fixing our current exhibits.
