This is a nice little museum that has just undergone major renovations. It is full of hands on exhibits that encourage children to get their hands into the activity up to the elbow. They have a store, a garden, a diner, a bank, a room full of build to discover projects and it's just plain fun. If you have kids... More

We took our 2 year old granddaughter to the museum and she loved it! We were impressed with all of the themed play areas and friendly staff. Hope to take her again soon.

Great day filled with exploratory fun. Each section of this children's museum was exciting - Geared for pre-school - Kind age. Loved the upstairs village. Gift Shop was surprisingly reasonable - Good quality treasures that will continue imaginative play.

Recently visited family in the Albany area and brought them, in tow with my 2 year old grand nephew, to this museum. Small but fantastic museum. He was entranced for hours. Loved the soapy water balloon maker, the diner, the mailroom, the floating Bernoulli (sp?) effect balls riding on a stream of air. He enjoyed every minute! We had about... More

Nice place to hang out with our 4-year old. He enjoyed the bubbles, mosaics, train table, and play kitchen. It's small, but well worth a visit with smaller kids. They host birthday parties also.

Had the family in for the holidays and there were a number of grandchildren. Took them here on a rainy day and we all enjoyed ourselves, especially the children. Very hands on atmosphere and totally kid friendly. Could easily have spent the entire afternoon. If you have small children, this is the place for you!
