The Abbey is set in a very pastoral area near Geneseo. As you enter the driveway, notice the three boulders situated on the side of road signifying the Holy Trinity. Inside the abbey is a store selling MONKS bread, a variety of jams and jellies and other food products either produced at the abbey or at other similar facilities. Upon... More

One of the greatest gems in the USA. The Abbey is small but a wonderful place to sit and pray, meditate, or just be in the presence of the Lord. The grounds are beautiful especially in the summer. Quiet and serene. Visit the on-site store to buy some delicious Monks Bread, coffee, mugs, jams, and religious books. You will not... More

We stopped to visit as we had heard of their bread and jellies, and wanted to see the chapel. The gift store selection of homemade breads and jams was just what we wanted. They do have other gift items as well. The chapel was a beautiful experience, peaceful and inspiring. A beautiful stoned and wood crafted house of worship. The... More

We've been shopping here for years, but they offer so much more than bread. This is a peaceful, tranquil place to meditate and seek spirituality.

We went to the Monk's Bread store and they have more than bread. They have cups, aprons, totes, pottery, books, CDs, and other foods from other monasteries and local places. Don't forget to stop in and look at the chapel but be quiet inside.

Amazing place to renew your spirit. The architecture is truly beautiful. They sell baked goods, jellies , books, and a handful of other products to sustain the Abbey. Their breads are very popular in the area. So peaceful there.

We were to late for morning Sext, but browsed through the bookstore/bread shop and then meditated for a time in the chapel. Like the other abbeys and monasteries we've visited. a quiet & serene place!
