Nice little place full of old maritime history and only 3 Euro entrance. It’s a little off the beaten track but that’s what makes it special. Worth a visit if you’re in Oia just to escape the bustling tourist traffic elsewhere.

A nice Museum shows a lot of Naval history , all of seafaring, many small ship models and sailingboats, all sorts of knot boards; very interesting for sailors and other visitors.

We really enjoyed going to the museum and learning about Greek Naval history. It is not large, but worth the €3 entrance!

for 3 Eu you can see a mish mash of nautical items on 2 floors. Some uniforms, some paperwork, some drawings, sample knot boards, and ship figureheads. If you are interested in Greek nautical items it is OK.

The Naval maritime museum although it is not famous... people know just the sunset in Oia... is a worthy to visit place. It gives so many informations about the life in the island before it becomes just a tourist destination...
