- Livah5155 contributionsWell deserved dip in the poolSwim, sunshine and cocktails. We headed here after our hike from Fira to Oia after it was recommended to us. We paid 5euro each for a deck chair (sun beds were all sold out at 10e and chairs surrounding the area were 2e). The drinks were great but we didn’t bother ordering food as the menu didn’t look that great. To use the pool we had to spend 10e each which was reasonableVisited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 4 July 2023
- TimCanberra, Australia11 contributionsGreat view. No access to the pool. Not bad. Great view of the sunset, nice staff. Poor food passable drinks. Sadly we were denied access to the pool … but still got hit with the minimum spend of 10 euro per head.Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 22 July 2023
- Cafe Guru22 contributionsFantastic day spent here, kids loved it.Loved it here, did plenty of research before we came so we knew exactly what to expect in terms of cost of sunbeds etc. Stunning pool with a beautiful view, great service with everything served to our sunbeds, very reasonably priced food and drinks for Oia, food was good too and so we’re the cocktails. We visited because the pool in our Villa was being cleaned and was also a little small so this was better for the kids, would definitely recommend, but as I’ve stated above do a little research before you visit so you know what to expect, also get there early to make sure you get a sunbed.Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 30 July 2023

We just spent a week at Lioyerma Cave Villas. Our beautiful blue and white “ cave villa” looked directly out into the Caldera so we had perfect view of the world renowned sunsets. The cave-villas are spotlessly clean and there is a full cleaning service every two days.
The breakfast was brought to you every morning at your requested time and it was plentiful and delicious. A choice of 3 different breakfasts !!
The jacuzzi was cleaned out every morning too. Our host Manos was superb. Such a pleasant and friendly young man. He was always in touch with us checking up on how we were doing etc. Everything extra we needed he attended to with graciousness. He is most definitely a “ Super Host” and his staff are extremely professional and very pleasant. We travel a lot and we know “ good people” when we meet them !! The Lioyerma Cave Villas are enchanting, so picturesque, so dreamy, I just wanted to stay forever.
The town is about a 15 minute walk away through lots of beautiful pedestrian cobbled walkways full of delightful and artistic shops. Restaurants serving delicious food - fresh fish - are plentiful and Manos has a taxi -van friend, Anesti , who will take you anywhere you need to go on Santorini.
A thousand “ Thank yous “ to Manos, to his wonderful staff and to Anesti for such a wonderful experience 🙏🏼🌅

View deserved a 2 stars because although it was beautiful, there’s a construction site near by and the wind was so strong the drinks spilled over, food got cold within 3 minutes of arriving. As far as the food it is way overpriced and quality mediocre. 4 chicken gyros, 1 hotdog, 3 sweet teas and 2 lemonades was 129€. Attention very slow it took 10 minutes to get a drink that was 4oz. If you want a good view go take pictures but good food you will not find it here.

Our hotel is very close to this pool bar. Since our hotel doesn’t have a pool the owner recommended us to come here. It was a great suggestion as we just need to order either food or drink and can stay as long as we wanted. However if you want a sunbed you need to add another €5( i think) but if just chair or sofa it is included in the drink/food. It doesn’t open till 1pm. We had a relaxing time during the hotest time of the day and swim in the cold water pool then walked to byzantine castle to watch sunset.
Beer is good deal but not ice tea( the glass is too small 😂) .

We sat down just before the sunset started. It was really windy at the edge but we had a nice view. The service was a bit withholding and looked annoyed. The food however was great in taste but not very much per dish.
Swimming pool looked nice but because of the cold we didn't use it, maybe next time!

Our rental apartment didn't have a pool, so I came multiple times to Lioyerma to swim and enjoy the sun. It is a good idea to reserve in advance if you want to be assured of a sunbed or chair. There is a small charge for the use of the chair/bed and then you can order your food. It's cafe food, so don't expect it to be high-end. However, everything I ate was tasty and freshly prepared, especially the salads and the fruit plate they offered in the dessert section. They only open at 1 pm, so if you're a morning person, that could be frustrating. Also, they played loud music all afternoon which was frustrating if you were trying to read, so I just brought the earplugs from the airplane--problem solved. I cleared out most days by 4 or 5 pm as that was when the sunset crowd began to show up and it took on a bit of a party atmosphere.

Hello will be on Oia end of May. Is registration needed ? And once I found your place is it possible to go out (shopping) and go in ? Or staying during all afternoon ?
Last but not last, how could I find you easily (Shop. Restaurant, museum near your lounge). Thanks and hope to see you

Hi Lioyerma,
I’ve tried to access your website but it keeps failing, do I have to book a lounge to guarantee to come to the pool or are there enough that I can just show up and pick one?
Thanks
