Labor Day weekend but it wasn’t super busy. Should have picked up on that and gone elsewhere. Lots of open tables but we still waiting 40 min before being seated. Most food was just ok. My salad had slimy spinach leaves that were put on the bottom under the romaine leaves like they were trying to hide them.

We have been to other Hard rock cafe's so we decided to have lunch here. We bother had burgers an fries. The service was great and the food wonderful. The portions are good since an the price affordable.

Very good food

On a busy day put name down for about a 30 minute wait. Server friendly and efficient and drinks and food were quick and delicious. Loved the sliders and burgers well cooked and not greasy.

My wife and I stopped in to see a couple local jazz groups. The food was good but did not blow me away. The wait staff was VERY attentive and on point. The stage was perfect for the two small jazz acts that we saw. Staff seemed to attend to the needs of the musicians well, and the shows were great. It was Carina and the Six Stringed Preacher, and Nineteen Sixty. Both were great.

Good Food, quick service

Pretty much the same experience as any other Hard Rock. Not as much memorabilia as some of the other locations I have visited, but still cool stuff to look at. It's comforting to know that there's a reliable and always interesting and unique in their own way chain restaurant with a predictable menu. Hard Rock has never disappointed me and I've been to at least a 15-18 different locations.

Disrespect of the waiter

The food was good, but we didn't like the service. Before our food and drinks were finished, they asked us if we had another order. We said it wasn't finished yet. Then the waitress brought us boxes to pack the bill and the remaining food, even though we didn't want the bill. We don't want to have it packaged, but the approach was so disturbing that we had to sit any longer. We didn't want to, we got up without finishing our drinks.. It was a very disturbing approach, we have never been subjected to such disturbing behavior anywhere before, they ruined a very nice day, I will never go to a hard rock cafe again..

I so appreciate Hard Rock Cafe because they always have high-quality gluten free buns for their sandwiches when requested. While some restaurants do have gluten free buns available, they unfortunately taste like cardboard. However, Hard Rock Cafe allows diners with dietary needs to have a wonderful eating experience! The restaurant's location is right across from the Niagara Falls Park entrance. We arrived about 5:00 and had about a 15 minute wait. Note: It is possible to call ahead and make a reservation. The restaurant did a good job of spacing the tables so no one felt cramped. The service was outstanding along with serving excellent food. Also, the music was at just the right level so you could carry on a conversation but still knew you were having a typical Hard Rock Cafe experience.

Never Again

I'd never been to a Hard Rock Cafe and likely won't ever go to another. My very overpriced hamburger wasn't bad but the fries were very much over cooked & dry. Not impressed.

Bad food, Tourist trap

This restaurant was located in our hotel and since my kids were tired of walking we ended up here for dinner. We didn't have to wait for a table and our server arrived quickly to get our drinks and order. She was attentive throughout the meal. The food just wasn't good. It was probably one of the worst burgers that I've had - very overcooked and dry. I hated that they had someone come around for photos. One photo wouldn't have bothered me the photographer turned it into a mini photo shoot. One of the parents, one with the kids, now raise your glasses, next everyone on one side of the booth. We told her that we weren't interested and she kept pushing. The bring back prints near the end of the meal to purchase. We didn't purchase any. I wouldn't return or recommend eating here.

The Hard Rap Cafe

Should change the name to The Hard Rap Cafe. Didn’t play a single rock song or video. All rap music.
Food was so so. Waiter forgot appetizer and brought after dinner was served. Steak was fatty and has lost of grizzle. For $140.00 for 2 was not worth.

Healthy choices too

I visited this place with my family and I was happily impressed. The decor was great. The food was delicious and happy to order gluten-free buns for our hamburgers! That is a big plus!
I highly recommend this restaurant!
