I would highly recommend you go on this, as the boat ride gives you a close up view of the Niagara in all its majestic glory. Be ready to get wet, despite the rain coat they give you - its all part of the experience

Very educational and fun for anyone over the age of 4. I would not personally take anyone on under the age of 8 because of all the water however that is my thoughts.

The best. To get the best and closest view of the falls, this is it. You will be issued rain gear because you will get soaked. The best time is on the top portion of the boat.

A must visit boat ride while visiting Niagara falls. Get ready to get wet. Prefer the upper deck and stand in front of the boat. Feel the gushing water fall. Truly a must take ride.

Definitely a must while visiting Niagara Falls. An incredible experience getting up close to the Falls, especially from the top deck of the boat. You WILL get wet so take that into consideration regarding cameras, phones and anything that can be damaged by water!

it's best to go on the Maid of the Mist website and check their hours of operation. There is definitely Limited hours during the off-season but I don't know if they close entirely in the winter

In the platform around the docking area there is a washroom. Before you reach the boat there will be a view deck make sure to check that too.
