We decided to go on a trip on the Maid of the Mist and were not disappointed. Such a breathtaking view of the falls from at the base. Not too busy when we went so weren't crammed in like the other trips we saw. If...More

We were unfortunate with the weather... It was appalling... but it doesn't matter so much when you are taking a boat into a water fall because you are going to get wet. We were up early to get the first boat - it was busy...More

You just can’t miss this boat ride to the bottom of the falls.try getting front, upper deck positions. Don’t bother with camera etc. you will struggle, rather enjoy the entire trip.

So glad we waited in drizzle rain on long line for this boat ride. Never would have realized how close you get to the falls. Plastic coats or not, You're getting wet. So worth it. Lifetime memory was made.

Reservations are not required for the tour. Trips depart every 15 minutes during the day, with boats carrying up to 600 passengers. There are always tickets available during the day.
