Maid of the Mist goes right into the heart of one of the world’s most amazing natural wonders in the world. A truly unforgettable experience of seeing 600,000 gallons of water falling right before your eyes.

Don't go to Niagara without doing this trip. Better than the Canadian side. We went as part of a Grayline tour that also included Cave of the Wind and a sightseeing tour. Great way to go. Highly recommend

it's best to go on the Maid of the Mist website and check their hours of operation. There is definitely Limited hours during the off-season but I don't know if they close entirely in the winter

In the platform around the docking area there is a washroom. Before you reach the boat there will be a view deck make sure to check that too.
