We did coach seats a couple years ago, but this year decided to try first class. I will say having done both, first class is the only way to go! You get a table in first class, which is HUGE when you have little ones...More

This museum is huge. When you first walk in you see some simple little exhibit but when you go into the back you are amazed. Take time to look at the little figures around the train tracks. You will see them doing interesting things. One...More

First off, the Museum is cool. I don't care for model railroading which took a better portion of the room though. The train ride- we boarded an aluminum car which wasn't painted. All of the oxidation from the aluminum stained the windows which made for...More

Our family purchased tickets for seats in one of the 1st Class Cars. The car was remodeled and had a wonderful feel inside. The ride took us to Lockport and back to Medina for a total of 2 hours. Yes, much of the view along...More

What a big disappointment! The view was awe full. Broken down homes, junk and no real views of any foliage. Don’t waste your money or you time.

Its an awful train ride!!! Looking at run down buildings, old trains with broken windows, and yards, homes look like dumps. It was expensive and so disappointing. Didnt even offer you a bottled water to buy for two hour ride. Couldn't wait for it to...More

We chose the coach seats because we wanted it to feel more like an actual train ride for the children. If the children have been on a train before, the. It probably wouldn’t matter.
