Fun, relaxing and interesting. Bus stop at park. Free parking at Costco next to park. Artist wrkingon new projects at park. Dress warmly for wind off East River chilly. Good place to visit in rsin for quiet and the Broadway Diner on 21street is a short drive or bus ride away.

Patchy overgrown park with lots of sculptures of goats. Views of Manhattan but there are other places. There was a little market with a few food stalls which were nice.

The sculptures in this park change. This time, there were a series of goats. The view of Manhattan is wonderful. Also there is a book drop/share station. Lots of things going on in the park for the local community

Visited Socrates sculpture park with my dog today. It's a small park under development with an odd collection of Goat sculptures. Good to see local community support and involvement but not worth going out of your way to visit.

In Feb., the gardens are not in blume, but I can imagine this small park being great in summer, Easy to access with the Metro, wort a visit, if you are interested in modern a large pieces. No admission and also possibilities to view artists at work. Directly situated on the waterfront with a direct view of Manhattan.

Interesting changing sculpture shows in an attractive park with many places to sit. Smallish, but felt like a friendly neighborhood place, and it's impressive that they change the sculpture shows each year.

the sculpture park is purely a local delight. It's basically a park with a rotating stock of sculpture art. Kids and animals can run around (although dogs aren't technically allowed off leash, but if they are behaved people don't care) and adults can sit and enjoy the river and city views. Even on a snowy day the park is fun.

this is a cool place to come in and get some relaxation time, sometimes free yoga happen there and sometimes just sun bathing is enough. also dogs can run leash free(but they are very nice dogs so dont worry) and ofc dont forget that the art around tihs park is something special, so always come by cause the art changes... A lovely place to relax and chill. Somewhere for children to run around and enjoy a safe area in a busy part of town.

Very peaceful place especially in summer to enjoy reading a book or just to walk around. It's worth popping in and often they have lots of events that run through the summer including movies in the evening.
