Qsiba is a must visit place for those visiting Bizerte, Tunisia, and those who want to explore the old town of Bizerte while enjoying the breathtaking view of the Old Port of the town. This is a very nice area to have a walk and discover some authentic and historical Tunisian sites. Bizerte is more conservative than other Tunisian places and also not as much used to European tourists. So there are many cafes with only men inside etc. but people there were in general very kind. This area of down town is very nice and full of history. It is looks like an old port with lots of small and big boats, cafes and shops nearby, but i cant say that is is a really touristic place.
