Exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable. Very clean. I do a small amount of syrup production myself and went here because it was a research facility. Well worth the trip

Stopped by to see the experimental station making syrup. The trees and the lines to them was very interesting. Good guide to show us what the system was all about.
