Two important issues: 1) This is not a bike path, as there are many encounters with cars. 2) This is not a flat ride as there are many ascents on the first half from Lake George Lake to Glens Falls Village, from 3 to 5%,...More

It is a great trail but ascends gradually till about 8.5 miles. I can ride 25 to 30 miles on flat trails but found this one a little harder. The first 4.5 miles or so are in the shade but the rest are out in...More

if looking for some outdoor exercise, this path is the one. Path is paved and don't have to worry about much car traffic. Inclines a little challenging, but worth it.

The bikeway trail between Lake George Village and Glens Falls is scenic and a wonderful way to experience the area. It offers variety in terms of terrain, with some inclines and flat sections; some open and sunny stretches as well as shaded woodland. The Leonard...More

Great area to ride! Safe feeling mostly wooded and shaded. convenient trail from Southern Lake George past the Outlets in Queensbury down to Glens Falls. It goes further but that was the extent of our ride.

Loved to bike here, yesterday we biked under heavy rain and felt completely safe even while sharing the roads with the local traffic at certain points

This trail is well kept and pretty easy for beginners. Be sure to bring a cool drink and bug spray although, the bugs have not been bad at all this year.
