And considering the state of factory farming in this country perhaps we should back off a little? This place was awesome! How much have I spent on two rides at a carnival? $12?! Hate that. I refuse to go to the NYS Fair this year...More

Funny smelling and outdated rides. Very creepy statues everywhere. All in all its awesome. It's like a time warp and I'm pretty sure it hasn't been touched since it opened in the 60's. I was curious to see what was around every corner. The kiddie...More

Excellent spot for young kids. Ours are 5 and 3 and it was perfect. They were in heaven. Not recommended if your kids are older than, say, 10, since most of the rides are geared towards 5 year olds or so. The concession was reasonably...More

VERY dated. Not worth the money. Go to the Great Escape up the ride. Horse dive is cool but I'm sure the horse doesn't enjoy it at all. This place needs to update or close down.

Not only is this place outdated, creepy and totally not worth visiting as an "amusement park," they also engage in animal abuse & exploitation with their "Horse Diving Show." This isn't even entertainment. It's cruelty to put anyone through that. There are much better things...More

Please stop forcing a terrified horse to dive into a pool of water. This type of entertainment is archaic and should not be included at your establishment. I will not return until this park stops supporting animal cruelty. Disgusted.

I just want to start off by saying my husband and I both remember coming here as children. 1970,s and early 80’s when it was commonplace to instill fear in children and animal abuse was not frowned upon but as humans we have the ability...More

Magic Forest is definitely not a place that I will bring my family again. My nieces and nephews were horrified when they saw a horse trembling as it was forced to dive head first into water. So sad and I'd rather make happy memories elsewhere.

They force a terrified horse to jump off a diving board. Cruel and unnecessary. This is what we teach children? That it’s okay to use other beings for your entertainment instead of treating them with respect? Shameful.

Yes, they have quite a few picnic tables and I believe you are able to bring a cooler in. We brought food, not in a cooler, and didn't have an issue.

There is a area with several picnic table just outside a small snack bar. The day we were there, a summer camp group was there and they had their own food item stored in coolers. My guess is that you can, but I'd ask at... More
