This creamery is closed (1853 Black Rock Rd, King Ferry, NY 13081), although the sign is still on the property. Stay away - new owner of the property is rude.

This place is an inspiration to small farmers and others who value good food. Tim and Rose are friendly, very helpful, and love what they do. Their passion comes through the quality of their unique product: kefir cheese. The out-of-the-way visit is absolutely worth it!...More

While touring this beautiful area, don't fail to drop by and pick up some Artisanal Cheese. Ask Rose or Tim about their rare Irish Dexter cows and their cheese making venture using Kefir grains.

Rose offered a wonderful tour and tasting of her handmade cheeses. We are real "stinky" cheese lovers and one of hers fit the bill.
