We Were heading to our hotel in Geneva and just happened to stop at Ravines. We had a wonderful tasting with an older gentleman. We had bought a few very nice bottles of wine. The views of Keuka lake are just beautiful! We were in the area of Seneca Lake for the next few days. Other wineries we visited would... More

altho I did get a riesling that I liked ( after saying NO MORE WHITES) I felt the lady doing the tasting was a little snooty about the wines it was almost like HOW could you have got to other places first! several comments made me really feel like an outsider so we did a short tasting and left -I... We stayed at Keuka Lake State park and we brought our boat. We were surprised to find out that zero wineries had water access considering how many are close to the water. I researched ahead of time and found out about Ravines from Heron Hill, they advised that they did not have boat access we might want to try Ravines... More

With 33 "Gulpy Sippers" on board our bus for our 10th Annual Wine Tour, we finished our day with a wonderful fun outside tasting at Ravines Wine Cellars! A huge thank you to Lisa for allowing us to come late, eat awesome food and cheese and enjoy your beautiful vineyard and great wines! We loved the cheese and chocolate touch-... More

Fantastic views and great wines. Bob welcomed us and shared his knowledge of the various wines. The wines are dry, but very tasty. Recommended and hope to return again.

The view from the patio is outstanding. If you like dry wines this winery is a must to stop at. They don't offer sweet wines however.

Classy, nice. I chose the tasting with 3 bite-sized chocolate samples to taste alongside my wines. You could choose a cheese tasting also, if you like. Bob was an excellent server. Very informative. Would re-visit.

I was visiting the wineries in the area with my son, daughter in law and their two kids 5 & 3. Ravines had a beautiful large area outside where the kids could stay, which was great. We enjoyed everything about the visit/tasting except for the size of the pours. We received so little wine of each of our selections -... More

This would really be more of a 3.5 star review, because the wines were genuinely excellent. Unfortunately, we were pretty much invisible from the moment we entered. They weren't busy - it was only us and another couple (with young, rowdy children in tow), but the gentleman doing the tasting spent most of his time chatting with them. Perhaps they... More

They have a delightful selection of wines. A favorite in the Finger Lakes. (We joined their wine club, and now receive regular shipments of their latest offerings, at a substantial discount.)
