This is a great place for swimming and is beautiful! A must see on the island of LaDigue! They usually do weddings here. You can ride your bike here. It’s located at the South tip of the island.

This was a big surprise. We took a bike and pedaled all the way here. Its not an easy road, specially if you're tired from swimming. It does take some good cycling to be able to get through the hilly part of the trek. The...More

Grand Anse is a lovely beach which is a great bicycle ride away from La Digue center. You can of course also use a car to this beach, but by bike you get a better experience of the nice nature. If you have not been...More

Whatever you can desire for a beach, here in Grand Anse, you will find it. Big waves, white sand, shadows, relax, and a lot of space for sunbathing. The only buffet restaurant is very good and with appropriate prices, and there is also the shower,...More

This is a really nice beach, so beautiful with turqoise perfect water and big waves. Great for swimming, but be careful of the undercurrents. Easily reached by bike from all accomodations.

Another beautiful beach. It’s clean and the rocks just look brilliant. We took a walk and seen a few different spots. We had less than a hour before we returned to mahe. In this area we couldn’t go swimming. The waves were too strong. But...More

Grand Anse is a wonderful strecth of shoreline on La Digue's East coast. Swim by the rocks on the left of the beach for best underwater views of the colourful fish that frequent these waters. For surfers - bring your own equipment as there is...More

Mehul L
Hello guys, I am planning my honeymoon in Seychelles for 8 days with my wife in early December, 2017. I want to do snorkelling, SCUBA diving, nature hike and beach relaxation on my vacation. There are 6 main attractions which I wish want to visit to take beautiful photographs. Anse Source D'Argent, Anse Grande Soeur, Anse Lazio, Anse Georgette (including Morne Blanc mountain hike) and Mahe Island for Morne Blanc climbing and a visit to Victoria market. Could anyone please guide me how should I plan my trip to get the best out of my honeymoon. Where to stay to see all these exotic beaches and how to make to and fro excursions easy and comfortable. We may change our stay on every 2-3 days for the other places (May be 2-3 days for Praslin, La Digue and Mahe Island each). Which tour company to use for Island hoping? We have the budget of about 1500 USD for this trip of 8 days. Truly appreciate your suggestions and grateful for the time provided by you guys to help me plan this out. Best wishes…
