I am so glad we stopped here for a wine tasting. The wine is amazing. Nova is one of the only Level 4 (only 485 in the world) Sommeliers. And the only female in the US. She knows her wine. The wine and cheese pairing was great. Our host (I wish I remembered his name) was incredibly knowledgeable and very personable. My wife (who is a level 1 sommelier) had a great time. We highly recommend a visit for the pairing and for some of the wine to purchase. We would have liked to meet Nova and Brian. Maybe next trip.

Trestle thirty-one is a gem in downtown Geneva. Arrived with a reservation for “wine & cheese experience “. Friendly greeting & offered a choice of intimate settings for tasting. Cheeses were all local & delicious. Wines flavor profiles were explained & ample samples poured. Very professional . Great conversation encouraged. The winemaker joined us & provided lots of info. Really appreciated meeting her. Took home a case of her great wine . Will definitely return. Rarely do you get to meet winemaker. Highly recommend for serious wine drinkers.

This is the wine place in the Finger Lakes for true wine enthusiasts. There are few winemakers with a legacy in the Finger Lakes like Nova Cadamatre - and even fewer women. You can’t get better than Nova’s expertise and Susan’s hospitality. If you’re looking for a place to escape the weekend wine-trail crowd, this is the intimate, moody, gorgeous venue you’re looking for - no fighting for a place at a busy tasting bar and yelling over the out-of-towners. The location in downtown Geneva is perfect for enjoying an afternoon of stellar food and wine (and be prepared to leave with a few bottles because they’re THAT GOOD!)
