I have my horse retired in the area, and I loved going up to Crown Maple to hike their trails, and have a nice lunch in their restaurant/shop. They had beautiful outdoor seating with a fire pit as well. They are indeed closed to public,...More

The sign said closed to the public, although they are still manufacturing Crown Maple Syrup. Perhaps this is temporary so I would recommend calling them before making the trek. Too bad...it was fun.

Beautiful property and several vendors giving samples of their products. The food was fairly expensive but all maple themed. You were also able to taste all of their different syrups. Unfortunately according to their FB page the estate will no longer be open to the...More

We loved the clean and beautiful location. Food and coffee were great. Don't bother with the tour, very expensive and everything is already there to see. Nothing is really that hidden though you get to go into a small bar. But for $10 an adult...More

I took myself and family here on multiple times. If you are in Duchess County this is worth the trip. They do lunches and brunches, tours of the property. Very Interesting and in every way worth the trip out into the middle of nowhere.

I loved this place, serene atmosphere, lovely food, and what's better than maple syrup? Quite the discovery. Can't wait to go during winter and sit outside by the fire looking at the woods in snow, carbo-loaded on their pancakes.
