We stayed in a cabin on Croton Point for a mini family trip. The bathrooms were amazingly clean for a campground, probably the cleanest I’ve ever encountered camping. The cabin was nice and spacious, basic, could’ve been a little cleaner. There wasn’t any heat in...More

Great place for a walk there are nice trails. The geese were lovely too. The campsite looked nice with a number of nice RVs parked there. Great location right on the Hudson

We just visited for an hour or two. Walked around and took pictures of the scenic views in every direction. The geese do seem very "productive," so watch where you step.

We paid $50 for a tent site and $10 for a bundle of wood (this is more expensive than all other parks in the area). We drove to the "campsites" and were appalled. The entire park is DISGUSTING. There is garbage covering the ground, and...More

This park could be very nice if it weren't for the goose poop everywhere. I know they are wildlife but they need to be removed. Maybe a dog or two could scare them away.

Croton Point is an absolutely beautiful park right on the Hudson. It's got a lot of different sections, including a swimming/beach area, plenty of fields, and great picnicking spots. There's a playground (might actually be more than one because it's so big) for the kids...More
