What a picturesque lake and only 2 blocks from the main drag in Cooperstown. We took a picnic lunch and enjoyed the view and watching the boats and fishermen.

Rented a boat from Sam's. Toured the entire lake on an autumn day and it was beautiful. Did the two hour rental and it was enough time to cover the lake.

A beautiful place to sit and take in the view, rent a canoe, swim or take a boat ride. Loved spending time here, surrounded by the best nature has to offer.

The make is magnificent. We drove around the lake and it was inchanting especially if you read any of Cooper's works. The lake is in the middle of farm land.

So calm and peaceful! I have the pleasure of piloting the Glimmerglass Queen Tour Boat and enjoy all the time I get out on the water with nature and our guests! I couldn't ask for a better job!

It is and I do not think there is a horsepower limit. There are several public launch sites on the lake.
