A beautiful lake, the town re-habed the lake front a bit, good. The west side of the lake is all built up, thank god the east side is still fairly pristine.

Gorgeous lake with numerous picnic spots around it. Too bad it is infested with zebra muscles, makes swimming in the shallows dangerous.

Viewed various areas of the lake from a number of venues throughout the Cooperstown area. There are a number of activities to enjoy on the water. Or just sit back and gaze at the beauty.

It is no wonder that James Fenimore Cooper and others wrote by this lake. It is simply beautiful and Cooperstown has lovely Victorian homes.

Walk along it where you can, take a boat tip on it (as we did during the current visit to Cooperstown), admire it from your car or the window of your hotel room: Otsego Lake is a gem. May it always remain as it is!

It is and I do not think there is a horsepower limit. There are several public launch sites on the lake.
