Went here to see Sylvan Esso and my friend and I ended up being harassed and threatened by some drunk guy. When I called security over, they not only didn't move him, they made us shake hands like we were equally at fault. Didn't even...More

I've been to this venue twice. Once for a metal show, and last night for a rap show. The fact that it was packed was nothing new, as concerts usually are. I just don't understand why there isn't better air ventilation at this venue. Instead,...More

This place has gone downhill since changing to Upstate Concert Hall. Security is extremely aggressive and creates a tense vibe not easily ignored. Missed start up bands because there times where labeled incorrectly on the site. If this isn't the only way to see the...More

This place is nothing but a fire trap, they pack people in, it is wall to wall and hotter than heck, of course there ends up being problems, people are stepping on people, the main attraction doesn't come out for 2 1/2, you stand around...More

I went for the Lil Uzi Vert concert and it was packed. I was there getting shoved around in the crowd for 2 hours before I decided to go to the back and security was unbothered by it. Then I was kicked out of the...More
