Went for an hour or so walk with our dog ~ found 8 ticks on her after the hike and more when we got home. Yikes! Stayed on main wide trail with and mostly away from long grass. Not recommended!!!

Very short walk with many ticks. Pulled off at least six. Not a hard walk but trail has high grass and bugs.

The main road is 2.6 miles from end to end so it's a nice 5.2 mi walk. There are many of side trails to enjoy, some water features, and a cemetery that was refurbished by a local Boy Scout Troop. You can even Mountain Bike...More
