Bristol Mountain is the premier resort located in the Western Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Our 1200' vertical rise allows Bristol Mountain to reign as the highest vertical between the Adirondack/Laurentian Mountains of the east and the Rocky Mountains of the west. There are 138 acres of total skiable terrain. Views from the summit and the 34 slopes and trails are breathtaking and provide a variety of inclines for every skier and snowboarder from beginner to expert with 32% of the slopes being novice, 50% intermediate, and 18% advanced level terrain. During our night operating season, 96% of our trails have lighting. To assure our skiers and snowboarders of the best possible snow conditions, Bristol Mountain is proud of its state-of-the-art snowmaking system which covers 97% of the terrain.

The ski resort is nestled at the southwest area of the Finger Lakes in New York state... not too far from Rochester. Lots of parking, ski lifts were not overcrowded, even though the temperatures were warm. Looks like they have some good snowmaking equipment and had had built up a good base to keep all the runs open. Had a... More

I love skiing and this is the local mountain that i go to most often. However, I have to give some constructive feedback. The last three times i have brought my business to this mountain the same two lifts (Rocket and Galaxy) have consistently been closed. In the case of the Galaxy lift being closed, when it is not in... More

I ski at the brigade program this winter, plus some extra days and night. The ski resort is not super large, but they do a great job on the trails. Programs as brigade for all ages are good.

We enjoyed our visit to Bristol Mountain. It's not a giant ski resort but the lifts are fast and they have some fun runs. They are EXPERTS at making snow too which was a good thing as we've not had too much snow in the east this season. We had a fun weekend!

We went skiing here on January 14, 2017 and there was no snow to be found anywhere (we have had a very mild winter thus far) but there was plenty of snow on the slopes - they have done a great job making snow and providing decent conditions given the hand they have been dealt. I am from New England... More

Bucket list item....ride the lift chair to the top of Bristol Mountain. The fall views were spectacular. As an added bonus for the brave and hearty souls who might be interested (me) there is a ZIP LINE park up there. Much fun!

Took the lift up the mountain to see the changing season and it was a nice ride and beautiful scenery. That area is so pretty this time of the year with hills on both sides of the road.

My friends and I came to Bristol to ride the Sky ride. The day was a mixture of sun and drizzle. When we went to get on the ride, it had been raining so the staff nicely dried off the seats for us. We rode up the mountain enjoying the scenery which was even more spectacular coming down. We were... More

I brought my children here this week from Buffalo, all for the first time. Two girls ages 7 and 15, two boys ages 9 and 19. Everyone had a great time. My younger daughter struggled at times on one of the yellow courses but not with the other one (yellow is easiest). A guide on the ground advised her and... More
