This is a sweet little zoo with a pretty wide range of animals for such a small place. Certainly not big enough for an entire day trip, but a fun way to spend an hour or two with the kids.

Years ago when my children were very young i always enjoyed taking them here in the summer. This park has always taken good care of their animals and even helps with keeping rescues. Now i have started taking my grandson every summer and look forward...More

Very disappointing place. A zoo should take at least a hour to go through. These animals need moved to a bigger zoo. Glad we came down to see the Animal Adventure Park because that is an awesome place.

A nice zoo and sweet animals. The city definitely needs to upgrade the facilities or everyone will go to animal adventure. There is a big difference in the up keep of the two locations. I hope Ross Park Zoo can figure something out.

Was there two years a go, and decided I would go back. Unfortunately they have even less animals that they did then. The tigers were gone, and I was unaware. Such a shame for a Zoo with historical significance.

They are making a number of efforts to improve this zoo. I have been to many zoos across the world and although this cannot compare, if you go with an open mind to relax you can enjoy your time here. It has a number of...More

This zoo offers a good selection of animals to look at. There is a lot of walking and some of the exhibits do smell, but that comes with the territory. Overall, a nice day trip.
