We went here spur of the moment during my sister's bachelorette weekend in the area. It was easy to find, there was plenty of street parking, and there was an awesome mural outside of the building that reminded me of being home in Philly. Aside from this first impression, once you step into the garage door entrance, it is a bit off-putting as the "tasting room" is really the size of a closet, and can only seat 4 people at the bar. There is a small bench that can probably seat 2-3 more people. There were already a few people doing tastings, so we stood off to the side waiting, unsure of what else to do. A few of us did end up doing the tasting, and were satisfied with it, while the rest of us heard portions of a tour going on. There is a larger bar with cocktails, and some additional seating, though we didn't stay long enough to enjoy this.

This place is a little cold and the seating options are a little limited, but they have a long list of delicious cocktails made with the spirits distilled on-site, so well worth a visit! We liked the apple brandy.

Not a bad distillery. Do not expect to much NY has some pretty strict rules They have a tasting room which you pay $5 for three tastings or barely sips or you can go to the bar and get a cocktail, which are good. the bourbon was very good I ended up buying a bottle. If I were to return it would be just to go to the cocktail side.

Wow! This place is a gem of Beacon and one you can’t miss. If you come on a Saturday evening you can watch live music. The Apple Brandy is my favorite, but you can’t go wrong with the whiskey or Bourbon. The tasting room is cozy and the bartender there, Brett, knew his stuff! He was able to recommend what we would like and was very personable and friendly!
