This place is quickly going down hill. The vibe is anything but camping - very frat party like - people blasting (fully explicit) ganster-rap from their cars by their cabins at top volume, cars flying through the place, and campsites completely overloaded. River trips went...More

We just got back from our yearly family reunion rafting trip. We had 15 people in our trip. From the moment we got there we encountered one grumpy employee after another. Never met such unfriendly people in my life. I have rafted with this outfit...More

We went as a grout pf 18 this past weekend. The water was very low, there was almost no current, and despite of my multiple phone calls to the place to check on rafting conditions this day, we were not warned at all that it...More

Tell your teens and tweens they can't bring electronics on the river. They will pout initially but with the gently current and abundant wildlife you'll find something to talk about. We made reservations on a Friday with Indian Head. Their tube and life jackets were...More

We rented three tubes and a raft (children under 65 pounds can't be in a tube) for the six mile trip down the river. When we arrived at Indian Head in Matamoras (on a weekday) we found plenty of parking, only one couple in front...More

The service was friendly, but the river was just too slow to be fun. We were on the 9 mile trip from Barryville. We were able to swim and the water was warm, but spent more time dislodging the radt from rocks than we did...More

Booked a campsite, everything was as expected, except for the evening, when all the Mexicans couldn't get enough of their obnoxiously loud cultural music! Good thing we were so tired from the 9 mile trip we passed out! We would do it again.
