Visited this restaurant (bar food) last year and the same salad was delicious. This year, went on a Monday night (they said Open Mic was really interesting) so ordered the same kale/spinach salad with goat cheese, pecans and vinaigrette. Had them add a little chicken....More

This place has live music every night (or so they say) and have a couple of outdoor eating options. Simple, but satisfactory food menu. We had a margarita because it's "Legendary", and it was as pretty good. If you have the time, swing by.

Some locals told us to order the amazing chilies relleno platter! We shared it, and had Margaritas! We are very happy campers!

I love the Adobe bar; it's in the Taos Inn, classic Taos architecture, very comfortable place. Happy hour features great house margaritas for $5. Live music every night. Best place in town to have a drink and get a feel for Taos.

I love Adobe bar. The margueritas are fantastic and the ambience is so Taos. The live music is almost always great. The only negative comment would be the service is just average and sometimes borders on rude. But you can't have it all !

The food was great and I was particularly fond of the Cowboy Buddha margaritas and the identical-twin, female folks singers, even though the poster only mentioned one--no mention of the sister.
