There are saddles and chaps on display as well as a gun display upstairs. Downstairs you will find old wagons and carriages as well as a display from the museums' benefactor.

The Museum of the Horse (also called Hubbard Museum of the American West) has two floors of exhibits including horse drawn carriages and early automobiles. The external horse statues and gardens are beautiful.

This is a very nice museum and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It is well laid out and has items from the many cultures that make up this part of New Mexico. Worth a visit if you are in town for a while.
