Not only is Pecos Flavors Winery a good meeting place for friends and colleagues, it is a wonderful location for lunch and to enjoy a glass of wine on your own (or beer.) Pecos Flavors Winery & Bistro also offers food, a small gift shop and a private meeting area in the bar. Evening entertainment is varied and enjoyable. You... More

I didn't expect to find a gem like this in Roswell. The food was good, the deserts better. The space is nice and there is a formal sit down restaurant and a take out area. I ate dinner here one night and lunch with my family the next. Both meals were excellent. I would definitely come back. The support staff... More

One of our favorite things to do on Friday night is to have dinner and live music at Pecos Flavors. We like to make a reservation, because it gets very crowded. When we make that reservation and pay the cover charge (usually $5), we can order our dinner. There is a limited menu with nice choices. The expense is low... More

We were road-tripping through NM and my husband surprised me with this stop on the way to Carlsbad. Best thing we did that day! The service was super friendly, we sat at the bar and had a flight of local wines and decided to buy a few bottles. They really did a great job with their wines! Great atmosphere! I... More

We stopped by the Pecos Flavors Winery to have lunch before exploring Roswell. I had the Green Chili Stew with was wonderful. (A tad salty but still great) My wife had the sandwich and salad special that she loved. The other side contained the winery and a small bar that served Pecan Beer. This was a very unique taste and... More

This place has great wine. The service was great. Definitely understaffed, but the girl at the bar was great. Really liked this place, and it seems like a lot of locals like coming here, which is great!

These guys had location on Main St. but recently bought out Tinnie Mercantile on 2nd St. and kept their menus and staff and now have a great deli to go along with some great wines and beers. You can't go wrong with anything on their deli menu, great salads and delicious sandwiches. Many with good green chile on them. Keep... More

This is not a California wine bar, but brother you are NOT in California! Put your small town N.M. glasses on and you will have a great time. The have a good selection of micro brews and we had no problem finding an acceptable glass of wine. The folks that run this place are FANTASTIC and love sharing info about... More

We visited here because all the great reviews. We were traveling through town Oct. 26. Notice the new address. They moved from main st. We arrived the first day they opened their new place. Went in at 6 PM for a beer after a long drive. Ended up staying to see the band play (Amy Lavere and Will Saxton). AMAZING set; super friendly staff and the owner was the one who convinced us to stay. Try the Green Chili wine; new favorite thing. Will go back and visit whenever we are in Roswell at... More
