We traveled 350 miles and spent the night in Roswell just to see the museum. It is in need of updating and offering something more than 25 year old film and news clippings. We arrived at 9:45 and saw many people leaving. Since it opened at 9 we thought it strange until we paid the $10 to see it all... More

Nice place to take your kids, but young kids may get scared. My younger one (~2 years) got scared a little bit. Interesting place to learn about what had happened in the area in the 1940s and how people reacted to what is known as the "UFO sightings". Definitely a must-do activity in Roswell if you visit.

I didn't know what to expect when I walked in. What I found was interesting facts, information, and a timeline of events. What was most surprising is how much the government has tried to suppress any leaks of this. The staff is friendly and it was ok to take pictures. During vacation season, I would recommend to get there before... More

In a tired town of closed stores and hokey cheap souvenirs, this little museum was surprisingly interesting. There is an awful lot of reading involved, and as others have mentioned, the photocopied letters, affidavits, and newspaper articles are hard to read. They do show a couple of films, but at 55 minutes long, too long to sit through. (They're also... More

What else do you do when you are in Roswell. Made the trip here, just to go to the museum. Educational and very detailed. Al ot of new paper clippings, pictures and artifacts. Plan on spending a lot of time here reading.

This museum is in Roswell because of the Roswell UFO Incident. It is fun, informative and presents both sides of the UFO question. However, I dare you to come away not believing in UFO and aliens. Whatever your take on the whole UFO phenomenon, this is a museum you do not want to miss.

i was delivering a load of materials from the now gone San Francisco UFO museum. In Roswell, they had an excellent selection of sections of interest from crop circles to UFO sightings, etc. and a substantial UFO library.

Wasn't what I expected. there was a lot of newspaper articles to read but I'm not really a reader. if you're in Roswell you have to do it. but it was nothing special.

We were short on time but I had to take myself and my children to this local attraction. There was a video playing, tons of pictures and displays. Very interesting. The gift shop had a good range of gifts and souvenirs low to high $. Very acceptable entrance $.
