A beautiful and breath taking view overlooking the ocean. We are so close you can feel the breeze and smell the fresh air. This creates the ideal space for a Yoga, Meditation and Relaxing Dundee Beach Unique Retreat. We can either create a special retreat for your own group or you can join in on any of our regular unique retreats. Pick one that resonates with you and I'm sure you will have the best time whilst learning some great new skills.

Carole has created an amazing place to do retreats. It’s remote and stunning just to be there.

What a beautiful place to hold a retreat. The sounds of nature, the serenity, the ocean views and the lovely breeze.
The retreat itself was awesome. Carole has a passion that is inspiring. She is so educated in well being and always upskilling.
I completed the chakra retreat and left feeling at peace. The tutorials, dance, mediation and added corresponding yoga poses have me a complete experience.
Plus the food is absolutely awesome. An array of healthy freshly prepared food at every meal plus snacks that shows her knowledge and awareness of nutrition and catering for all participants.
I highly recommend Carole’s retreats plus her one day retreats at Cullen bay.
Do yourself a favour and partake. Plus so much cheaper than anything currently offered in Australia … and in our own backyard!

A friend and I booked this retreat not really knowing what to expect but hoping to pause and reset our busy lives. We certainly did that! Carole was a fantastic host from the very beginning. She guided us through meditations, exercises and information sessions as well as cooking us truly delicious food. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The location has a gorgeous view from the back deck. I am looking forward to going back for another retreat!

Did a one day retreat with Carole. Absolute five star experience. I was impressed she catered to every level during the yoga session. Not only is Carole knowledgeable in so many areas relating to health and wellness, her strength is her unique gift of making everyone feel special and creating an environment that is safe and nurturing. Came away not only feeling great but armed with knowledge and skills. Thanks Carole.

This was my second retreat and it was awesome. The accommodation with uninterrupted ocean views, scrumptious food all prepared for you, the serenity and the numerous modalities offered is more than its money worth.
Carole has a wealth of experience, knowledge and wisdom and passes on everything she has learnt. Her passion is evident and infectious. Add on the awesome new friends you meet in such a supportive atmosphere.
Learning breath work, meditation, stretching, yoga and new recipes I left feeling light and carefree. The sunset meditation and "surprise" morning excursion is definitely something you should not miss. (just have a cat nap during the day!)
Such a wonderful idea especially now with COVID that ninety minutes away from Darwin you can be looked after, recentre and recharge your batteries for such a great price at such a beautiful place.
Money very well spent and I will definitely be attending a third retreat in the months to come, if I can get in that is, because obviously this retreat is so sort after. Going to try and talk my work into doing a work retreat because of the benefits.
I highly recommend this retreat with Carole. Self care at its very highest degree because you can't function properly yourself, at work or with your family if your energy levels are low.

Carole's diverse knowledge and skills in many Health and Wellness disciplines is exemplary. She is a caring and patient person that connects with all in a relaxed and beautiful location. As a beginner I felt very supported. The Yoga Meditation and Breath work was new to me but now continues to make a profound difference for me. Everything about the weekend retreat was magical. Thank you Carole I will be back again.

I had the time of my life!! It is so much more than just Yoga and Meditation. Carole has trained in so many Health & Wellness disciplines and shares all these with you. Expect the unexpected....from Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Breath Work, Sound Meditation, Star Gazing, Cooking Classes, Card Reading, Massage, Beach Walks, Tai Chi, Great Food,Incredible Company, plus MUCH MORE.
AND - the best thing is......you need no experience. Carole takes beginners and makes it easy and enjoyable.
So take time out for you....you won't regret it.
