Lake on the Pecos River. Beautiful blue water, shady places to camp, hiking trails, fishing and boating. We didn't camp, just drove around and enjoyed the view.

I love the lake when I lived there this was just somewhere to get away and not worry about everything going on quiet and peaceful . I loved swimming and you can fish here too!

The east side no reservation campground is close to the lake. Electric/water available as well as restrooms.
