Just 30 minutes from Santa Fe, this is a great way to spend a morning. Family loved it and Bob our guide was easy-going and full of history/natural history of the area. Horses are gentle and well trained. Recommended!

Had a great time on this ride. It was my wife’s first time on a horse and the experience was amazing. We both loved the team at broken saddle.

Wonderful ride and guide! The scenery was stunning and my horse (Lilly) was solid, I never once felt uncomfortable or unsteady. I loved how we were able to trot and cantor the horses, most horse riding places never let you actually ‘ride’....you just more or...More

This was the best experience I've ever had with a horseback riding company! Harrold gave a through explanation of riding horses before we ever got started. Bob was the best trail guide! Beautiful scenery and a relaxing ride on Twain. Would definitely recommend Broken Saddle!!

The trails are fairly smooth. So for a newbie rider, I feel it will be enjoyable. There is a small incline in terrain, but again, fairly smooth~
