After about 15min drive from Dochula Pass, on the way to Punakha, this Botanical Park is situated. We stopped here to see some birds and animals. As it was August, there were not much flowers around, but we still enjoyed our walk around the park...More

Though the park is of special interest to Botanists but other visitors also find the various types of trees and animals very interesting.Moreover it is on the highway to Punakha.

This is on the way. Must take guide . It not only botanical garden but also bird sanctuary. It spread over 60 acres

This small serene park above Thimphu-Punakha highway and below Dochula Pass provides short getaway. I enjoyed boating in its Bari Lake and flora collection is good. And during spring season, there are various rhododendron flower species.
