Had a solo trip in Sept to Gilgit Baltistan, Pakistan for 8 days, where my iternary was organised by Hunza Discovery Tours with the help of Mr Iman Rahim. Thank you for being patient with me in working out the best chill iternary ever. We had good communication throughout the planning sessions and Mr Iman was always helpful and attentive towards my concern.
My tourguide Mr Ghulam Karim, excellent chap who is ever so patient in showing me the beautiful places in Hunza. He also has an impressive jeep driving skills. As a solo lady traveller, I felt safe and taken care of under Mr Ghulam Karim's guide. Our flexible itenary followed through wonderfully and I was able to experience beautiful Hunza and the surrounding villages, glaciers and valleys with much ease. Not forgetting the food experience too.
I totally recommend Hunza Discovery Tours for those who are in search of a flexible, affordable and trustworthy trip & especially for solo lady travellers who wants to explore Pakistan.
My big humble thank you for the whole team, with their help my Gilgit Baltistan experience has been so amazing.

Just returned from a two week trip to Northern Pakistan. The superlatives kept coming from day one. A country of pure beauty and stunning natural environment with the kindest and most generous souls who made us feel so very welcome.
Our guide Sajid was there with a big smile and welcome at Skardu airport and from that first afternoon, made sure we made the most of our time, fitting in our schedule and adjusting to weather as needed. We felt very safe with his expert driving skills and his camera shooting was very impressing indeed and have some of the best photo memories ever from a trip.
This trip exceeded expectations to the highest level and I would highly recommend Hunza Discovery tours for any tour in Pakistan.

We have just returned to the UK after a 2 week trip to Northern Pakistan which was just amazing. We arranged a private tour by jeep with driver. Thanks to Iman for working with me on an itinerary. Always good communication and very helpful.
Our guide Sajid was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. As a private tour for the 2 of us, although we had a general itinerary, it meant we could be flexible depending on weather. Sajid was a great driver on some pretty bumpy roads and was always careful.
We had such a great time on this trip and I would highly recommend using this company for your arrangements. Our expectations were exceeded.

Just finished an amazing 12 day trip with Hunza Discovery Tours and my wonderful guide / driver Sajeed. The trip of a lifetime. Pakistan and especially the Hunza Valley is a must visit for the adventure traveler. The natural beauty and the warmth of the Pakistani people are contagious. I was well looked after by Sajeed and he got me through some of the more difficult hikes to amazing view points of glaciers and high peaks. I had no issues with safety or security and the accommodations although basic were more than adequate. I started planning my trip with Mr. Iman back in June and he was very responsive to my needs and set up a personal itinerary that allowed me to maximize my time in the Hunza Valley.

We just returned from a tour of the region (Skardu and Hunza). It was amazing and exceeded our expectations.
We had Sajid as our guide and Sajad as our driver.
Sajid was flexible with the itinerary, always making sure we were okay, always attentive to our needs and suggested alternatives if he thinks that the activities are not suitable for us. His family also hosted us for lunch on our last day in Hunza.
Sajad was an excellent driver. He skilfully maneuvered around the potholes and felled rocks along the Karakoram Highway and the roads, making the drives much less bumpy. Our kids termed him GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) for his excellent driving skills.
Overall it was a trip to remember

Hunza Discovery Tours offered us a remarkable first-time experience in exploring the north of Pakistan. We were fortunate to be accompanied by Shoukat and Rashid, who skilfully and safely guided us through the region's high mountain roads and pathways, providing a heartfelt personal touch. The people of Hunza are genuine and strong, and we felt we were in capable hands.
From the moment we discussed our plans with Iman, receiving his expert guidance, to exploring the rivers and mountains, sampling natural fruits and nuts, and experiencing the warm hospitality of the people in Shigar, Skardu, and Khaplu and Hunza, our adventure was truly magnificent. Fortunate to have spent time with local families and people from Hunza, we will eagerly embark on another journey and are grateful for visiting this extraordinary part of the world.
Hunza Discovery Tours delivered a customised journey and instilled confidence in exploring wild and unfamiliar territories. While awe-inspiring landscapes can paint a thousand words, it wouldn't be the same without the spirited guidance of Shoukat and Rashid. Thank you for a wonderful time and the valuable memories.

Wow, the beauty of Hunza Valley is truly spectacular. It's got to be seen to be believed. Couple that with the amazing service from tour leader Iman Rahim and his team who were truly hands on, and we were treated to a wonderful, memorable holiday. The importance of having an experienced and knowledgeable local guide can not be underestimated. There was one occasion we were at a historical Buddhist site, and there was another group of tourists visiting at the same time. Their guide wasn't sure of the significance of the site, and that other group ended up listening to Iman’s explanation! Another highlight of the trip was the invitation to Sajeed Saleem’s home for an evening hosted by his family. Sajeed, who is also one of the tour leaders, and his family treated us to an unforgettable evening where we sat, chatted with them and just enjoyed their warm company and sincere hospitality - it was like visiting an old friend's home for dinner. The team brought us to the best spots for photos and helped us to capture picture perfect moments too. It seemed like going the extra mile was second nature to them! All of us were treated and taken care of incredibly well. Kudos to Hunza Discovery for their attention to details and marvellous arrangements that made our holiday a unique experience I'd highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent trip, hugely supported by Iman and Sajid- genuine, friendly, expert knowledge and connections. Made for a fantastic trekking trip in Northern Pakistan- wouldn’t have been possible without them. When my flight to Skardu was cancelled they were able to rapidly arrange a driver from Islamabad to Gilgit instead, and when there was a road blockage on the way to Gilgit- arranged a second car to pick me up on the other side of the road block. Saved my trip.

Our tour of Gilgit-Baltistan with Hunza Discovery Tours blew us away. Hunza Discovery Tours were very accommodating in terms of booking some things for us and letting us arrange some parts of our trip independently. Our host Sajid was absolutely amazing and took extremely good care of us. He was extremely kind and even watched over our toddler during the trip. He was extremely flexible with organizing drive times and stops, and made great suggestions for places to visit and see. We would highly recommend Sajid as a driver and guide, and booking your trip to northern Pakistan with Hunza Discovery Tours.

How safe is it for a lone female to travel on this tour with a tour group?
