The Hunza River runs along the mighty Karakorum Highway and merge with other tributaries of Rive Indus near Gilgit. It has many bigger and small glaciers, Lakes including famous Blue Water Attabad Lake.

The patches from Ataabad lake to Nagar and somewhere near Danyor are considered good for the water sports like Rafting and Kayaking. It's a very scenic region surrounded by high mountain peaks like Rakaposhi.
